These terms govern your use of oasishomepartners.com, operated by Oasis Home Partners LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Using the site means you accept them. If you don't, don't use the site.

Oasis Home Partners LLC buys residential real estate for cash as a principal, in our own name and for our own account. We're not a real estate brokerage, we don't hold a real estate license, and nothing on this site is an offer to list, market, or sell property on anyone's behalf, or to represent any party in a transaction.

Arizona wholesale-buyer disclosure: as described in A.R.S. section 44-5101, we may assign our position as buyer under a purchase contract to another buyer before closing. We disclose this in writing in every purchase contract we sign.

Submitting the form, texting us, or receiving a written offer creates no obligation for you and no binding agreement for either party. A transaction exists only when both parties sign a written purchase contract. Any figures discussed before a signed contract are proposals.

The site is provided as is. To the extent Arizona law allows, Oasis Home Partners LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site itself. Nothing in this section limits the terms of a signed purchase contract, which stands on its own language.

These terms are governed by Arizona law, and any dispute over the site belongs in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
